ABOUT
Light that moves with you
through darker days and every day.
We live in a complex world and sometimes face experiences that may make us feel overwhelmed, drained, or empty.
Lightstream was created to help you pause, notice what matters, and remember the light within. It is also here to offer the tools and support you need for moving forward with greater clarity, presence, and care.
Core Beliefs
#1
People are adaptive and evolving, shaped by life and shaping it in return. Both vulnerable and resilient, we carry complexity, history, and deep capacity.
#2
Change and growth begin when,
in the moment, we choose to turn toward our experience
with presence, curiosity, and compassion.
#3
Healing is not about erasing the past.
It is about witnessing it, understanding what matters,
and letting that understanding guide our steps.
Here for you
This is a space for those trying to live with care in a world that moves fast.
...for those navigating complexity in their careers, their relationships, and their minds.
...who are capable, thoughtful, and often exhausted.
...for those who have lived enough to know that meaning matters.
...for those who are beginning, curious and open.
You are not alone.
You do not have to do more.
There is a fuller way to live, and you already
carry the capacity for it.
It's not about
...selling certainty or perfection.
...glorifying burnout.
...viewing self-care as performance.
...toxic positivity.
It is about
...space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect.
...honoring complexity with compassion.
...moving gently toward what matters.
...supporting real change through presence, not pressure.
Your next step doesn’t have to be big.

My Story
Growing up as a daughter of a psychologist, I learned early on about many ways to understand human suffering, healing, and growth. Even in most difficult circumstances, I saw how compassion and meaning could emerge. From a young age, I wanted to extend these experiences to others.
Today, I am a registered psychologist in Saskatchewan, Canada. Over the past twelve years, I have found my deepest work lies in helping people navigate life’s hardest moments. I have supported people through trauma, grief, burnout, chronic pain, illness, anxiety, depression, and questions of meaning.
I remain inspired by the resilience, care, and resourcefulness people hold in their lives. I also find it remarkable how our neurobiology and worldviews affect our being and paths in this world.
My expereinces comes from formal training in multiple evidence-based therapeutic and assessment approaches, but also from my own journey through trauma, loss, injury, and existential questions. In Lightstream, I use my knowledge and skills to be a part of the light and help you find yours as well. Welcome!
