ABOUT
Light that moves with you
through darker days and every day.
We live in a complex world and sometimes face experiences that may make us feel overwhelmed, drained, or empty.
Lightstream was created to help you pause, notice what matters, and remember the light within. It is also here to offer the tools and support you need for moving forward with greater clarity, presence, and care.
Core Beliefs
#1
People are adaptive and evolving, shaped by life and shaping it in return. Both vulnerable and resilient, we carry complexity, history, and deep capacity.
#2
Change and growth begin when,
in the moment, we choose to turn toward our experience
with presence, curiosity, and compassion.
#3
Healing is not about erasing the past.
It is about witnessing it, understanding what matters,
and letting that understanding guide our steps.
Here for you
This is a space for those trying to live with care in a world that moves fast.
...for those navigating complexity in their careers, their relationships, and their minds.
...who are capable, thoughtful, and often exhausted.
...for those who have lived enough to know that meaning matters.
...for those who are beginning, curious and open.
You are not alone.
You do not have to do more.
There is a fuller way to live, and you already
carry the capacity for it.

It's not about
...selling certainty or perfection.
...glorifying burnout.
...viewing self-care as performance.
...toxic positivity.
It is about
...space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect.
...honoring complexity with compassion.
...moving gently toward what matters.
...supporting real change through presence, not pressure.
Your next step doesn’t have to be big.

My Story
Growing up as a daughter of a psychologist, I had a chance to learn about many therapeutic approaches early on in life. It showed me the opportunities for compassion, purposeful living and development even in the hardest life circumstances. I always knew I wanted to bring these experiences to people somehow.
Fast forward to today, as a registered psychologist in Saskatchewan, Canada, I offer support through counselling and a variety of assessment services to help people better understand themselves and move forward with clarity.
Trained in several evidence-based therapy approaches over the years, and find myself most useful at helping others navigate tough times: trauma, grief, burnout, end-of-life, chronic pain, and complex health conditions. My training also allows me to recognize how neurodiversity, sensory and executive functioning differences, as well as our cultural and spiritual views, shape our daily experiences and life trajectories.
After twelve years of practice, I continue to be amazed at human resilience, witnessing the strength, care, and resourcefulness of people I work with.
Walking the sharp edges of my own life helped me better understand the darkness, meaninglessness, and pain we may find ourselves in. Having found my way back to meaning after loss, trauma, and injury, I hope to be there for others.
In Lightstream, I use all my experience to be a part of the light and help you find yours as well.
