Wintering Well brings together Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychology research, neuroscience-informed strategies, and seasonal cultural insights to support your energy and emotional wellbeing this winter. Explore 6 engaging modules with practical lessons,  clear information, inspiration and guided reflection to enhance your winter living experience.

About the Creator

Hi, I'm Alexandra, a psychologist living and practicing in Saskatchewan, Canada, where winter usually takes its time.  In my clinical work, I have supported many people through this season year after year. While the cold and darkness can be challenging, it is possible to feel well and continue to grow in your life. With the help of modern research on seasonal wellbeing and nervous system regulation, we can learn to meet winter with greater resilience. Wintering Well brings together what I have learned and practiced professionally and personally, in brisk prairie winters. Join me on this journey to learn how to embrace the season and thrive. I am excited to share my knowledge and guide you through the winter of wellness and growth.
